1. Privacy Policy
We are concerned about your privacy, and we want to describe how we collect and use your Personal Information (as defined below). This Privacy Policy sets forth the online data collection, processing, storage, transfer, and usage policies of Method Technologies, Inc. ("Method Technologies", "us", "we", and "our" are used interchangeably) as used on this website, our client portal (the "Portal"), and the mobile versions of both (this "Site") that apply to you, the user ("User" or "you"). This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected through any other web site, mobile application, or service that we do not control. By using or accessing our Site, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not use the Site.
2. Use of Personal Information and Payment Information
"Personal Information" is unique information that identifies you. Personal Information includes information such as your name, physical address, email address, and telephone number. We may also ask you for financial information for payment purposes through the Portal, including, but not limited to your billing name; billing address; credit, debit, bank card, or PayPal account information; or any other information that we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate ("Payment Information"). We store your Payment Information on our database (except for security codes) to process your order. Once you provide us with your Payment Information, we will forward the information to our third-party payment processor, who will only use your Payment Information to process your payment of the ordered products. We keep your Payment Information on a secure system with access limited to our staff who handle the processing of payments.
We collect your Personal Information so you can place orders, request information and support, file support tickets, and view usage reports and so that we can notify you about changes to the Portal and our Site, monitor the usage of the Portal and our Site, and detect, prevent and address technical issues. Upon receiving your request for a user account, we will process your request, and if approved, create an account for you. If you contact us for support or file a support ticket on our Portal, we will keep an internal record of what support was given. Such support will be governed by a further agreement between us. Non-Personal Information is used to manage the Site and Service; track usage and improve the Site and/or Service; and is not linked to any Personal Information. 4. Tracking & Cookie Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Portal and Site and hold certain information.

6. Security of Your Personal Information and Payment Information
Method Technologies diligently makes every effort to ensure that your Personal Information is secure on its servers by using industry standard security technology, such as firewalls on both our main and backup servers. Our third-party payment processor also uses industry standard security technology to secure your Payment Information. Unfortunately, information transmitted via the Internet is not completely secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. We expressly disclaim any liability for any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all Personal Information stored therein and/or Payment Information processed through our Site and sent to our payment processor, and you agree to hold Method Technologies harmless for any loss or damages that may result therefrom.

We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Portal and Site.
8. Do Not Track Requests
Some web browsers or smartphones have the ability to set "Do Not Track" requests to block user activity from being tracked across web pages or devices. We do not recognize "Do Not Track" signals.
9. Users under 13 Years Old
Registered Users must be aged 13 years or older. In the event that we learn that information has been collected from a child under age 18 without verification of parental or guardian consent, that information will be deleted as quickly as possible. Users do not have the ability to make their information publicly available through our Site. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under age 18, please contact us.
10. Amendments and Applicable Law
This Privacy Policy may be changed from time to time and without prior notice, and such changes are effective as soon as they are posted, unless a later effective date is posted. By continuing to use the Site after such changes are posted and effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy. Method Technologies maintains its headquarters within and provides the Site from the United States. Please be aware that any information that we obtain as a result of your use of the Site will be subject to the laws of the United States. The privacy and data protection laws in the United States may not be equivalent to such laws in your country of residence.
